• Beşiktaş: 73 - KKTC Lefkosa: 26 26.04.2006 / 10.13 Beşiktaş Wheelchair Basketball Team grabbed a commanding 73-26 victory over North Cyprus Lefkosa in the next to last game in the league.
• Beşiktaş: 28 - Milli Piyango: 29 26.04.2006 / 10.12 Beşiktaş Handball Team hosted the leader Milli Piyango at the last game of the season.
  It was a championship game, Milli Piyango posted a 29-28 victory and finished the 2005-2006 season as the champion.
