In addition to these titles, Seba built numerous sports facilities for the club and opened Beşiktaş JK College. After stepping down in 2000, he served as the Honorary Chairman until his death. Seba passed away at the Istanbul, American Hospital, where he was receiving treatment, on 13 August 2014.
