The 2021-22 Turkish Super League Champions started their home game with a lineup of Yağız Öksüzcük, Gökay Bilim, Genco İlanç, Emre Keskin, Vladimir Bojanic, Nikola Crnoglavac and Şevket Yağmuroğlu. After building a 24-6 half-time cushion, they refused to slow down and coasted to a lopsided win. Şevket Yağmuroğlu led the victors with 12 goals followed by Gökay Bilim who was close behind with 11 goals.
