Determined to end their 6-game losing streak, the winless Beşiktaş made a strong start but were tied at 15-15 by the end of first quarter. They continued to play tenacious defence in the second and pulled ahead 34-27 at the break. Black Eagles remained in front after three quarters to enjoy a six-point, 53-47, advantage. However, it was a different story in the fourth. The visitors bounced back to erase the deficit and send the game into over-time with a 69-69 tie. Despite falling behind by 4 points with 1:30 left in extra time, Beşiktaş used a late surge to claim their first Super League win of the season. James Blackmon scored a game-high 28 points for the victors followed by Alperen Şengün (14) and Markell Johnson (12).
