Black Eagles applied a lot of pressure in the early going of season's final home game but had to settle for a goalless draw at the break. Samet Akaydın gave the visitors a 1-0 lead in the 61st minute, but Joao Mario replied for Beşiktaş with a brilliant solo effort four minutes later. Black Eagles pushed for the winner in the remainder of the game, only to see Rizespor collect all three points with an injury-time goal from Ali Sowe.
