Attorney Ziya Fırat Gültekin was born in Erzurum in 1981 and is originally from Muş. As the founder of the Fırat Gültekin & Partners Law Firm, he completed his master's degree in Economic Law at Galatasaray University Faculty of Law. With over 20 years of professional experience, Gültekin provides legal and strategic counsel to domestic and international companies in the fields of Commercial and Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Contracts, and Competition Law. He also lectures at universities and conducts training sessions and seminars for the business community. He is fluent in English.
