A graduate of the Department of Linguistics at Ankara University, Leman Özgür Rodoplu was born on September 29, 1976. She is engaged in the defense industry and strategic business development. She currently serves as a Board Member at Arca Savunma Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., and as General Manager and Founding Partner at Balkar Group. She is also a Board Member of SAHA Istanbul. Rodoplu works on developing national and international collaborations, technology transfer, joint investments, and the establishment of strategic supply chains within the defense, aviation, and space sectors. She is fluent in English and German.
