Çağlayan Tuğal (born 1966 in Istanbul) is a graduate of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Working as an architect and interior designer, he has won numerous national and international awards. Mr. Tuğal is the founder of CT Mimarlik which operates as a leading architectural design firm in Türkiye. He is married with three children.
