The 103rd anniversary of Turkish Republic was celebrated with a march and a ceremony attended by Beşiktaş Deputy Chairman Murat Kılıç, Secretary General Uğur Fora, Board Member Cengiz Sarıkaya, the Beşiktaş District authorities, the BJK-KABATAŞ Foundation, athletes from our Football Academy and amateur branches, students from Beşiktaş sports schools, presidents and members of various Beşiktaş associations, as well as teachers and students.
 
The events organized in collaboration with the Beşiktaş District Governorship, began with the laying of a wreath at the bust of Atatürk located in the garden of Beşiktaş Anatolian High School.
 
The "Republic March"—in which our Board Members, athletes, students, and citizens participated with great enthusiasm while waving Turkish crescent-and-star flag to the accompaniment of a marching band—concluded at Tüpraş Stadium.
