Beşiktaş and Independiente del Valle of Ecuador have reached a deal for the transfer of young winger Keny Alexander Arroyo Alvarado to the Turkish Club.
 
Keny Arroyo (born 2000 in Guayaquil Ecuador)  is a product of Independiente del Valle and has made two appearances for the Ecuadorian national team.
