After expressing their sorrow over the attack on referee Halil Umut Meler,  Beşiktaş General Secretary Cüneyt Sezgin and Deputy Chairman Mete Vardar gave flowers to the  referees of the Super League match between the Beşiktaş and Corendon Alanyaspor match and condemned the violence in football one more time.
