"- It is a great pleasure for me to be at Beşiktaş again. I’ve been a Beşiktaş fan all my life. I started my playing career here and ended here. I am grateful to Beşiktaş for everything it has given to me.  Now it's time for me to give something back to Beşiktaş. 

-The team's situation is not very bright at the moment. We must get back on track by spotting and solving problems as soon as possible. Since Besiktas is a big club, I believe that it will not take too long to overcome the current crisis.

-Right now, our players performing below their capacity. We need to fix this problem, but it requires time.

-Tomorrow’s Super League match against Rams Basaksehir will give us an opportunity to test everybody . Then, we’ll have a training camp during the national break. We want to return from this camp free of problems.

-We have a lot of  injured players. If necessary, we will play with our young players from the youth team.  These  young players will  be useful to Beşiktaş and Turkish football for many years to come.

-The new signings are players with proven careers. In my opinion, they are not ready physically and have not fully adapted to the team.  

-We're going to get everyone to play their own positions. We must put together our ideal starting 11 without much delay.

-In times of crisis like these, team leaders will need to emerge. A good coach will always protect them. We will have team leader in every match.

-Once we see how the players are doing, we can change our formation. We will find a formation which suits the players best.   Players must focus on the game from start to finish, and I will not allow any lapses .   

-We urgently need a winning streak. Once you start winning, the pieces will fall into right place.   

-Goals never end in Beşiktaş. If we continue with pessimism, we will go even lower in the table. However, I trust my players because they have the required capacity."
