The 2023/24 UEFA Europa Conference League third qualifying round draw took place at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland, on Monday 24 July. According to the draw, if the Black Eagles eliminate KF Tirana, they will face the winner of the round between  FK Željezničar and Neftçi PFK in the third qualifying round.
