Nesrin Baş (68 Kg) became the European champion by defeating her Slovakian opponent Zsuzsanna Molnar 4-0 in the final of the U-23 European Wrestling Championships held in Bucharest, Romania.

Meanwhile, the other Beşiktaş wrestler Ebru Dağbaşı, who competed in the U-23 European Wrestling Championships in 59 kg, won the bronze medal for Türkiye.
