In the opening game of the 2021 Izmir Fair Tournament, the Black Eagles came from behind to defeat their cross city rivals at Celal Atik Sports Hall. They faced a 16-15 deficit at the break but bounced back in the second half. New signing Nicola Crnoglavac  led beşiktaş with 7 goals.
