The aim of the partnership agreement signed between Beşiktaş JK and GK Football Exchange of South Korea  is to train the youth players from South Korea and give them the chance to develop their football skills. Under the guidance of professional coaches and for a certain fee, 10 South Korean players will receive advanced football education at Beşiktaş Football Academy every year.
