“At this stage of the title race, we stepped on that pitch knowing the importance of this game. With only few matches left in the season, no contender can afford to drop points, so we played accordingly. It was not an easy game and had to wait until the late stages for the three points, but with our second-half pressure, we truly deserved them.   
 
Beşiktaş is a sports club who sincerely loves the game of football. For that reason, we always shied away from offensive and untrue off-the-pitch comments that may harm the game. Instead, we often let the TV cameras do the talking.  However, we also expect the others do the same. Within this respect, we leave the decision on our past Turkish Cup tie against Fenerbahçe in the hands of the Turkish Football Federation.
