Beşiktaş Sompo Japan added American point-guard Josh Adams (born 1993 in Phoenix, Arizona) to their roster until the end of the season. Former University of Wyoming player started the 2017-18 season with the Turkish club Anadolu Efes before switching to Beşiktaş.
