Despite being the Turkish Champions of the past two seasons, we have strengthened our men’s football squad with a number of quality players and are ready to go after our third straight Super League title. I am fully confident that the new additions to Beşiktaş will adapt to the team quickly and contribute to our performance a lot, both in Turkey and Europe. With this opportunity, I would like to welcome them to their new home and wish them all the best in their matches.

As you all know, Beşiktaş have been growing into an internationally recognised brand rapidly. Our “Come to Beşiktaş” entitled videos have recived more than one and a half billion views worldwide. In addition to our warmly-received trip to China, Chinese state-owned CCTV broadcasted a one-hour long, live documentary about Beşiktaş JK from Istanbul. These types of interntional public relations campaigns will continue in the future with an accelerating pace.

I would like thank each one of you for purchasing our offical merchandise and breaking club records in sales. However, since we’ve been receiving a lot of penalties lately, our supporters in the stands must follow the rules strictly and avoid falling  into provocations. On the other hand, it is a well-known fact that the Black Eagles cannot soar to new heights without the continous chanting and cheering from you. Therefore, let’s keep it calm and start winning games.
