Beşiktaş’ globalisation move has already started to bear its fruits as the English newspaper “The Guardian” covered the Black Eagles’ trip to China through an interview with the Club Chairman Fikret Orman. “With our 30 million supporters worldwide, we want to expand to the world and become a well-known name  like Chelsea FC. To this end, besides China, we are planning trips to Indonesia,  Malaysia and USA. We think, with players like Quaresma, Pepe, and Talisca in our squad, it is time to open up to the international arena,” said the Beşiktaş Chairman.
