According to the UEFA draw held in Nyon, Switzerland, Beşiktaş paired with Hapoel Be’er Sheva FC of Israel in the Europa Cup Round of 32. The Black Eagles will travel to Israel for the first leg which is scheduled on 16 February 2017. The two teams will face each other again in Istanbul on 23 February.
