Beşiktaş Sompo Japan men’s basketball team, who expects a better season in 2016-17,  has signed a 1+1 year deal with Michael Thompson. The point guard Thompson (born 1989 in USA) played for Fraport SKY, Asvel, SPO Rouen Basket and Pau-Orthez  before joining the Black Eagles.
