Competing in Turkish Super League with an All-Turkish squad, Beşiktaş RMK Marine wheelchair basketball team closed out the season’s first half atop the standings and undefeated, beating the main rival Galatasaray 68-62 on the road along the way. The determined Black Eagles maintained momentum and pulled off another dramatic 59-57 victory over the Galatasaray on 16 April to clinch the 2015/16 Super League title with two games left in the season.
