Looking a bit tired from midweek's Champions League match, the Turkish Super League leaders Beşiktaş men’s handball team, started their road game with a line-up of  İbrahim Demir, Bülent Erkol, Volkan Çalışkan, Uğur Çoban, David Rasic, Ramazan Döne and Tolga Özbahar.They nursed  a 16-14 lead at the intermission and managed to hang onto in the second half.
