In their Week 4 clash in Ankara, the teams matched each other basket by basket in the first quarter as they were even at 19-19, but the Black Eagles outshot their shots in the second to surge ahead 39-31 in intermission. Beşiktaş preserved that lead in the second half and walked away from Pursaklar Sports Hall with a well-deserved  six-point victory. Bülent Yılmaz paced the victors with 20 points.
