The reigning champions Beşiktaş men’s handball team won their Game 2 of the Turkish Super League finals at the Süleyman Seba Sports Hall tonight and surged ahead 2-0 in the best-of-five series. Thanks to a solid defence, they went into the interval with a 12-10 advantage, but the visitors from Ankara City battled back to tie the score at 19-19 with 3:00 left in the game. Led by veteran Ramazan Döne, the Eagles regained control during the closing minutes to run out with a hard-fought victory.
