With a lineup of Mesut Çebi, Uğur Çoban, Ercan Aşıkoğlu, Josip Buljubasic, Şenol Boyar, Ozan Arifoğlu  and Tolga Özbahar,  Beşiktaş raced out to 21-10 half-time lead and never let the lead get out of double digits rest of the way. Ercan Aşıkoğlu paced the Black Eagles with 13 goals.
