Playing tenacious defence, the Lady Eagles went ahead 29-21 before the break and continued to keep their visitors away from the basket in the second half for a well-earned win at the Integral Arena. Gülşah Akkaya was their top scorer with 14 points. She was followed by Julie McBride who added 11 points of her own.
