Beşiktaş 60-57 win Kayseri Kaski

The Black and Whites took a healthy 20-point lead into the final quarter, and despite a late Kayseri rally, managed to hang onto it when the final buzzer went off.  McBride led Beşiktaş with 16 points, followed by Perovanovic who added 15.
