OLCAY ŞAHAN:
We didn’t win any serious matches during the pre-season, but we managed to win our first league game. It is a sign that we are improving. Compared to last year, we have a stronger bench this season. It will help us stay in the game until the final whistle.
 
TOLGA ZENGİN:
It sure was a difficult game for me because I was playing against my former team. I am glad I didn’t disappoint our fans tonight. I wish all the best to Trabzonspor in their European campaign.
 
ATIBA HUTCHINSON:
 I believe I put in a decent effort and felt real comfortable out there. As we practiced throughout the week, we covered each other in defence and broke well. I think we’ve made a good start into the season.
