Starting their final 2012-13 season game at the Ülker Arena with a lineup of Gülşah Akkaya, Özge, Gülşah Duman, Bjelica and Jovanovic, Lady Eagles were extremely cold in the first half as they trailed 47-26 going into the locker room. Despite shooting much better, Beşiktaş women failed to contain the league leaders under the boards in the second half and wrapped up the regular season in 12th place, which barely avoided relegation to the Second Division. They will be back much stronger next year.
