Starting their home game at the Akatlar Arena with a lineup of Gülşah Duman, İpek Derici, Milica Jovanovic, Özge Kavurmacıoğlu and Jessica Breland, Lady Eagles played good D in the opening quarter, but due to poor-shooting, were locked in an 18-18 tie after one period of play. They matched their opponent point by point in the second stanza and trailed by only one at the half, 36-35.
Beşiktaş came out storming in the second half, forcing Edremit into numerous turnovers and opening up a 10-point lead midway through the third quarter. However, the stubborn visitors managed to put together a late rally, which trimmed the gap to 60-57, heading into the final frame. With 3:00 remaining in the fourth quarter, thanks to back-back to jumpers by Özge Kavurmacıoğlu and İpek Derici, the Lady Eagles were holding a seven-point advantage at 74-67, but a barrage of late three-pointers gave the game to Edremit.
