After back-to-back draws, the Eagles started their away game at high intensity, and it was no surprise when Fernandes outpaced the Karabük defence to give Beşiktaş a 5th-minute lead. The home side tried hard to bounce back, but Uğur Boral doubled the Eagles’ lead on 30 minutes and silenced the home crowd for good. High-flying Beşiktaş weren’t done yet as Fernandes scored his second 4 minutes later and closed out the scoring for the opening half. Hoping to pull one back, Karabük desperately pushed forward in the second half, but Beşiktaş withstood the pressure to run out 3-0 victors.
