They edged out MSI Adana 3-1 inthe semifinal but lost to cross-town Fenerbahçe by the same score to conclude the Turkish Cup Tournament in second spot. Sefa and Halil Avcı, on the other hand, won the individual doubles while Hüseyin Gazi Yılmaz and Hasan Doğan were placed third. In individual singles, Hüseyin Gazi Yılmaz grabbed the bronze medal.
