Tight home win for the Eagles

Spurred on by the hot-shooting of Mensah-Bonsu and Morrison, the Eagles established a 28-23 lead after the opening quarter and then used Hawkins’ jumpers in the second to stretch the margin to 49-40 at the break.
The third quarter saw the visitors rally back and crawl within two points, 63-61, heading into fourth, but thanks to three-pointers by Mehmet Yağmur, Beşiktaş Milangaz managed to hold them off in the final stanza to squeeze out the victory. Adam Morrison had another outstanding game as he led the Eagles with 22 points while Mensah-Bonsu racked up 17 and Arroyo chipped in 11.
