Derron Williams inspire Black Eagles to their second tournament win.

Black and Whites started their second game in the tournament, whose proceeds will go to Van Earthquake victims, cold and fell behind 27-13 after the opening quarter. However, the second stanza saw them pull within 50-43 heading into halftime.  
 
Deron Williams’ outstanding performance in the third helped Beşiktaş Milangaz surge ahead 72-66 after three quarters en route to a 95-87 comeback victory. Williams finished with a team-high 20 points followed by Kemp who chipped in 17.
