Beşiktaş Manager Carlos Carvalhal had this to say after his team’s last-minute Europa League loss to Kiev:

“I think it is fair to say that we had our chances and deserved at least a draw tonight. A poor coverage in injury-time cost us the game. If we had come out of here with a point, it would be great but we still have an equal chance to qualify. Nothing will be decided until the final group matches. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with my team’s overall performance. I am sure we’ll be more focused in our future games and get better results.”
