Women’s volleyball loses a five-set thriller at Beşiktaş Milangaz Arena.

Playing with a starting-six of Özlem, Samsonova, Duygu, Zülfiye, Tanya, Yeliz and Pınar (L), the Lady Eagles started off slow and dropped the first two sets 25-23 and 25-15. But, from there on they got back into the match to take the next two 25-23 and 25-21, forcing a fifth a set. Eczacıbaşı Vitra dominated the deciding set, 15-6, to down Beşiktaş 3-2. Yeliz Başa had a match-high 27 kills for Beşiktaş.
