Beşiktaş’s new centre-back Egemen Korkmaz took some time off from his pre-season training in Austria to share his thoughts on BJK TV.

“Despite a bunch of new arrivals, the squad blended well, and there is a great friendship on the team, which will enable us to play as a unit this season. I am still recovering from a foot injury, but I expect to be ready before the league gets underway. I’ll do everything to live up to fans’ expectations and can’t wait to get on that pitch,” said Korkmaz.
