On the opening match of Turkish Super League Day 25, visitors Beşiktaş and Manisaspor battled to a nil-nil draw at the Manisa 19 Mayıs Stadium. 

The match was refereed by Barış  Şimşek while a group of travelling Beşiktaş fans cheered the Black and Whites on throughout the 90 minutes.  
The Eagles looked the better side at the start and created couple of chances early on but failed to capitalise on them. The game eventually got bogged down in midfield as the teams carried a clean sheet into half time. 
The second half saw Beşiktaş  playing with more determination and taking the game to their host. With the entry of Quaresma for Hilbert, Beşiktaş attacks intensified down the stretch, but Manisaspo defence stood  their ground and pocketed a valuable point.
