Beşiktaş’s goal scorer Ali Kuçik weighed in on his team’s performance after the Eagles’ 1-1 draw against Gaziantepspor:

“No big deal about my goal…I saw the ball in front of me and shot it towards the bottom corner of net. That was it. I would be much happier if won the match, and I didn’t score. Dropping two precious points in game you outplay your opponent and squander so many clear-cut chances really get to you. But we will work harder during the winter break and try to fill in some gaps in the team. I am sure we’ll play better in the second half of the season. In the mean time, I’d like to thank my coach for giving me the chance to start in recent matches. I am doing my best for not disappointing him.”
