Beşiktaş’s 19-year-old rising star Ali Kuçik, who delivered an outstanding performance against previous season’s champions, talked to the press after the match:

“We were really focused on this match; because we had no other choice but to win in front our own fans. I am glad we came on top in the end.  I am trying to contribute to the team as much as I can. I know I am lacking the experience, and I need to improve a little to be regular on the team but I still wanna be a starter here, regardless of how much it takes.”
