Visiting Beşiktaş Cola Turka Men’s Basketball pulled out a 68-61 victory over the  Deutsche Bank Skyliners  of Germany in the first game of FIBA Eurocup Preliminary Round.

Following a 16-16 first quarter tie, the Germans took a 37-30 advantage into the break. The teams engaged in another fierce battle in the third and were tied again at 48 after three periods of play. The fourth quarter was a typical see-saw affair, but the Eagles managed to come away with well-earned 68-61 win.

The replay is scheduled for Tuesday, October 5 at 7:30 pm at the Akatlar Cola Turka Arena.
