Beşiktaş Men’s handball opened the new season with a 37-26 victory over the visitors Nilüfer Municipality.

The Black Eagles, who edged Izmir Metropolitant Municipality to bring home the Turkish Super Cup midweek, made a flying start to the game at the BJK Suleyman Seba Sports Hall and were ahead, 19-13, at the break. They extended that lead even further in the second half to win their opener by a score of 37-26.
