“We are hoping to make a cup double like we did two seasons ago. With the addition of Quaresma and Hilbert, I don’t think we’ll have any goal scoring problems this season. But we must still be patient with them because they may need some time to adapt to their new team and environment. We’ve got to be behind them as a team during this period.
I t looks, unlike last year, we will get a lot of crosses from the flanks this season. They will help increase our output. Last season, I had rarely found the back of the net, because as a team, we didn’t create too many clear-cut chances. But this season, our flanks will do a better job of setting us up, and you will see a different Nobre out there as a result. In the days to come, you’ll see me scoring more goals.
