Beşiktaş Reserve Team failed to qualify from their playoff group and ended the 2009-10 season on a sour note.  

The Black Eagles were placed in Group A at the Turkish National Finals and played all their matches in Çorum City.
After drawing 1-1 to Antalyaspor in their group opener, they lost 3-2 to Gaziantepspor in their second match. Despite crushing Gençlerbirliği 4-1 in their final matchup, the Black and White finished in their group and could not escape elimination.
