Bursaspor 2 – 1 Beşiktaş

In their final match of the season, Beşiktaş dropped a 2-1 decision away to Bursaspor at the Bursa Ataturk Stadium.

The early minutes of the match refereed by Cüneyt Çakır saw both teams playing a cautious football in midfield and not venturing out much. But Batalla put the home side ahead in the 32nd minute to cap a rare Bursaspor attack down from the left flank. While the Eagles were trying to regroup, an own goal by İbrahim Toraman one minute from the intermission made it 2-0 for the home team and closed the scoring for the first half.
Beşiktaş brought on Uğur İnceman and young Cumali Bişi, who made his debut for the Black and White, for İbrahim Üzülmez and Fink in the second half to find a quick goal and get back into the game. Their pressure finally paid off in the 87th minute as Uğur İnceman pulled one back for Beşiktaş, but Bursaspor managed to hold on to their one-goal advantage in the remaining minutes to run out 2-1 victors.
