The visiting Beşiktaş Men’s Handball Squad routed Ankara İl Özel İdare 32-19 to close out the regular season in first place with a total of 40 points.

The first half of the match played at the Prof. Dr. Yaşar Sevim Sports Hall in Ankara City was also 17-7 in favor of the flying Eagles.
The Black Eagles ended the 22 week campaign with a record of 19 wins, 1 loss and 2 draws.  They will now compete in two-round four-team playoffs for the national title. Beşiktaş will start the contests with 3 points while the league runner-up will have 2 and the third-place finisher 1 point.
