Beşiktaş:2 Sivasspor:2

On Day 31 of the Turkcell Super Laegue, Beşiktaş and Sivassor played to a 2-2 draw at the Inonu Stadium.

While the Black Eagles and students of Beşiktaş College stepped on the pitch with a banner that marked the “April 23, World Children’s Day,” members of Eagle’s Nest Fan Club joined in the celebrations from their own stands.
After an evenly played opening 10 minutes, the Black and White imposed their authority with dangerous attacks through the middle and pinned the visitors in their own half. The red and white team from the Sivas City tired to break through with fast counterattacks and came knocking at the door twice, but keeper Rüştü Reçber and Tomas Sivok combined their efforts to keep them out of the net. Ridvan Şimşek and Philip Holosko put the Sivasspor defence under serious pressure from the right flank in the closing stages, but the scoresheet remained blank at the break.
The visitors made a better start into the second half and drew first blood with a 56th –minute goal by Cihan Yılmaz. The Black Eagles recovered quickly as Bobo brought the teams back on level terms three minutes later with a clever touch. From then on, Holosko started wasting away golden opportunities one by one until the 81st minute when he finally found the target to give his team a one-goal advantage and apologise from the fans. But Beşiktaş’s joy would only last few minutes because substitute Kamanan’s lucky shot evened the game once again and closed the scoring for the evening.
