The visiting Beşiktaş Women’s Volleyball fell 3-0 in game 2 of its best of three quarterfinal series against Galatasaray at the TVF 50th Year Sports Hall and closed out the season.

After grabbing the first two sets by the same scores of 25-20, the home team prevailed 25-23 in the third set for a 3-0 sweep of our Lady Eagles. The loss eliminates Beşiktaş, who has dropped the first match 3-2 as well, from the national league championship and ends its 2009-10 season.
